Serving healthy and delicious food, brought to you by the monks and students of the Zen Center.  We emphasize fresh, living food, served with care in a unique and beautfiul environment. This living/organic foods business is our heartfelt attempt to support the Zen Center financially, while remaining in rhythm with mother nature.

Beyond the café, we also provide:

• A small co-op with organic produce, bulk goods,
  natural body-care and household products, ...

• Raw juice bar, sprouts, and wheatgrass

• Korean boutique with tea sets and gifts

• Library of books on raw food and healthy living

• Year-Round stall at Detroit's Eastern Market (Saturday 8am-3pm),
  with produce and prepared sprouted foods

• Korean tea ceremony, available by reservation
