Yoga
balances the body, mind, and breath. The style
taught at the Zen Center is Eischens Yoga,
developed by the
late Roger Eischens. It emphasizes the power and restoring
abilities of aligned movement. In addition to public classes, we
also host private session with highly trained teaches for those with chronic or acute issues.
Roger, a disciple of B.K.S. Iyengar, trained some very wonderful
teachers who bring their experience to the Detroit Zen Center. |
