Sunday Public Meditation, Talk & Tea: 9:30-11am

The morning, guided by a zen monk or dharma student, includes instruction promptly at 9:30.  Please arrive early to park & get settled inside.  Doors open at 9am with tea available downstairs in the cafe.  Gate closes with no entry after 9:25am.  

Schedule: 

9:00:  Doors open, tea available in cafe

9:25:  Gate closes, no entry afterward

9:30 -10:30:  Instruction, Meditation, Talk in Meditation Hall

10:30-11:  Tea & Discussion in Cafe

Wear loose fitting clothing without bright colors, or strongly scented cosmetics.  We offer floor seating, kneeling benches, and stools.   The session will include instruction, meditation, a talk & tea, and ends with discussion & tea together in the cafe with the guiding zen monk or student.

A greeter will be on the street by 9am to help you  park & enter.  Look for the blue door on Casmere Street, at the corner of Mitchell.
