About the Event
An introduction to Zen & Meditation, as well as the Center. All welcome. Please arrive by 6:45 pm. Doors are locked, and no entry after 6:50pm as we will be starting instruction.
Wear loose fitting clothing without bright colors, or strongly scented cosmetics. We offer floor seating, kneeling benches, and stools. The session will include instruction, meditation, then tea & conversation in the cafe.
Please arrive with enough time to park and get settled in the space at least 10 minutes early your first time. Look for the blue door on Casmere Street, at the corner of Mitchell. (We have a student out front before beginner sessions).
